All items purchased from Redux are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

All orders received after 12:00 noon Central U.S. time Mon-Thursday will not be processed for shipping until the following morning. This is owing to the fact that our shippers make pickups once per day from our warehouse. If you miss that window, the order will not be shipped until the next days scheduled pickup.

All orders received after 12:00 noon Central U.S. time on Fridays will not be processed for shipping until the following Monday morning. Please take this in to account when selecting shipping methods.

We do not accept returns of consumable or date sensitive products. This is to protect all of our customers.

Liquid products are sensitive to freezing temperatures. We will attempt delay orders that we know will be going through areas where temperatures may freeze product. If product does freeze, please contact us and we will resolve the issue on a case by case basis.
